This beautiful holiday home was newly renovated in 2014, taking care that everything remains in an old-fashioned, rustic style. The house is located in Grizane, a small place near the famous holiday resort Crikvenica.

The house consists of two floors and the outside area.

The ground floor has a living-dining room with a very well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a small fitness room and a sauna.

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a wonderful balcony with a sea view, covered with an awning.

There are a total of three air conditioners and four televisions.

The beautiful outdoor area includes a terrace with sea views, the pool area with 6 deck chairs and sea views, two closed parking spaces and a small garden. The swimming pool is 24 m², 1.5 m deep and heated.
